    Massive ticket queue + no staff recruitment + GM's answers are random BS = WTF

    Yeah.
    It kinda bugs me to see this but when i needed help, the ticket queue was easily around 48 hours and still is ..
    I asked a Moderator, they don't recruit staff for GM (ticket etc.).
    Bugtracker is filled with chain KEY quests that are just broken.
    If you ever ask a GM to fix your quest since you can see these are broken for weeks if not months, they won't help.
    They just send you some stupid copy-paste "go vote on the bugtracker" type of answer by mail (yeah it helps a lot to do it since you can see some quests are just left there for 11 months or more if it's not last levels of WOTLK content).

    Seriously what the F is going on here ?
    If you're behind any reasonable schedule for fixing stuff, you don't manually do it and you don't provide support for it .. and on top on that you don't recruit staff to answer the massive amount of ticket you have to handle on a hourly basis .. what is wrong with you ?

    i waited a day for a gm to respond to my berserker stance quest ticket (which is not working),only for him to say that he completed it for me (when he didnt because the quest was marked as failed and i cant turn it in),so now i gotta wait another day or two to get another reply.Thanks warmane. IGN 10/10 .

    I reported 2 bots grinding mobs in Dragonblight like 3 days ago and finally got a response this morning saying they'll look in to it. I go back to where the bots were grinding and sure enough they were still there x)

    Could be that the GM are going to ban them (for 10days ohnoes) with a bunch of other accounts as they sometimes do but **** me if I don't download a botting program and level a bunch of classes to sell on the trade market if they don't!

    Wait times are mainly due to influx of tickets on Icecrown, most of which are players not reading website news etc. They are not at 48 hours yet (well ok, except Warsong) however so you exaggerate. We will only hire more GMs if it will be necessary, tickets shooting up because of merge is not exactly this as it's a temporary thing.
    Rest of your post doesn't make a lot of sense. We won't help you with every bugged quest because that's not the point of GM's work to be replacement to fixes from devs.

    If a key quest chain is bugged, you don't fix it (for MONTHS !!) and you don't quickfix it either, it's BS.
    And don't you dare tell me i exaggerate. I even got ticket deleted w/o any answer.

    1) You were given quest and it set to completed properly.
    2) I just tested and it works fine without help from anyone.

    It must only work at server restart then, because it didn't work for me either. When you enter the pit, nothing happens. I retried around 30 times for a duration of about 2 hours for something to "refresh" or respawn. It might have some special way to work, but I seem to have tried everything.

    Do you really think they have an army of GMs sitting in call-center and answering 12k realm tickets, especially when each balkan kid feels good to make a ticket for each minor issue he has met ?
    I'am sure every GM who has worked in that way broke his face with facepalms months ago.

    When i reported a gold seller i got a fairly quick response. And the seller got banned. Granted, i only had to open a ticket once...

    Also keep in mind that warmane is not a blizzard realm, so they cant get enough gms for all of us.

    WHY do you not recruit staff when you have quests broken for months ?
    Do you just simply not give a crap anymore ?
