As far as i know they are getting ddosed (check their main page).

Its not becouse of Ddos , its becouse of that cause u are not a premium,and when the server is full and premium's logging they server kick some afk or just a regular player to make a spot for the premium guys.Thats how the system works since they oppened the servers.

I was thinking the same, since I get problem like this only when there is +11k ppl (not 12k) on Icecrown.

Not true, I'm premium and cannot log in. Server is down or something.
