Technical Lagging today non-stop for hours right when raid starts

In ulduar today and I get a disconnect followed by massive delays. Logging in takes forever and then the game proceeds to have 1min+ delays in everything.
Tried restarting my game, tried deleting my cache, nothing works.
Right when raid starts.
My internet is fine even on the same computer. Dunno what's wrong.
Please fix before 2 hours so that I can raid?

Btw 3 other ppl in my raid had the same problems right at the same time.
