Conquest's cap & bar new problem

Hi everybody, i got a problem with my main character. Today, the day of the reset of conquest points, i got the normal bar of 0/2200, but when i win arenas i dont earn any conquest points. Also winning more than "X" arenas unfortunatly i remain at 0 conquest points earned. How is it possible? My other characters dont have this issue.
I would like to say also this: with my main character i got a rating of 1670+ in 2v2. Is normal that the bar is not increased? (obviusly im referring now to arena's partial bar 0/1800. I think it should be with a highter cap, or am i going wrong?)

I still have the problem. I earn points with bgs but not with arenas.
