WotLK Icecrown looking for group not working?

Greetings ive tried several times to use LFG and it always shows that there is 1 player left to enter an instance but it stays that way an entire hour. Does someone know if the system works? In ragnaros it worked perfectly but since the merge i cant use the LFG system

What level? I heard people recently complained regarding RDF on low levels doing that, but on level 80 it works. Just it might take a loooong time to get into a RDF due to simple fact there aren't that many people that just queue RDF, its mostly made over global chat so people just group up as 5 and get in instantly.

Im lvl40. Always did the same. It found 4 ppl and then just couldnt find the 5th one... ill try in chat and find 5 ppl to do the instance

Hey guys.

Yes, RDF is bugged and as Trayz got quoted above its being rewritten from scratch.

In addition im happy to say that we managed to fix "if you queue as dps + tank" the system will now fill the spot that is needed rather than locking you into for example a tank.

And if you really want to use the RDF tool, please form a 5 man group and you will get an instant queue pop.

Its a bug from update of the core After restart it is working for some time then it got bugged- find 4 people and not the 5th. So you need to search for ppl on global.

ya cause it's not like they haven't said they're completely re scripting the system.

We are currently working on rewriting the LFG system completely. The first part (the queue), has already been reworked and tested on our internal test realm. At the moment we are working on the features required once you get in the dungeon. Once that is done, the new system will be released on Icecrown and those queue issues will be gone.

Until then, please try to form a group of 5 before queuing, it always works.

Not just that RDF is disabled on Lordaeron by design. Even if RDF worked perfectly, Lordaeron would still not have it.

Maybe they just fixed it. Last night, i went on 3 dps toons and the q was instant.

That was molten-crap, it might have been under development at one point.... but no longer after Kaer had left.
Anyway, if Trayz says this, I assume he is developing it right now. As he is a developer it would make sense that he knows what he is busy with right?

warmanes doing a lot better in that regard than molten use to. if they say they're working on it i believe they are.
