3 days for a ticket ?

Ok , I understand that i am not supposed to post here but ingame when i want to report a player , but i have opened a ticket 3 days ago and till now i got no answer and neither it had been deleted . So , should i just post it here ?

your ticket is about reporting a player? the only ways:
1. opening a ticket like you already did
2. Send a PM via forum to a GM ( indicating the realm of the player reported)

So you can not do it on a thread

You need a lot of S/s with time stamps makes it ez to get someone banned. But for as in game. these guys are over worked. I hear Kaer has to help with some. they will get around to it.
