when i go to sell charr it says im not eligable...and when i want to ask in ticked i cant only category i have is ban appeal... can anyone plz help me ???

you need to be "premium" to trade your characters, which means donate at least one

users can only make ticket for "ban appeal", you need to be premium to be able to make different kind of "ticket"
