((wasn't sure where to post this question))

I cannot see anybody's chat bubbles for /say, but i can see it for my own /say chat

It bugs me that i can't read chat while looking at the characters, have to keep checking chat window.

Does anybody know what might be wrong?

I tried interface>social>chat bubbles option, it only toggles my own speech bubbles
Tried resetting chat windows to default settings.
