Character Recovery ?

Dear WarMane and Motlen staff team, i used to play on Molten for years. I usually play with big pause, i was not playing for year and half and saw that molten datebase was deleted, i used to have good heroes on Deathwing by this account username and this gmail address, how can i recover my characters or take payback of my playtime and loyality on Molten ?
