"spell is not ready yet"

few times 1/50 arenas, ive got strange glitch, it says (happens on these) shadowflame, chaos bolt, shadowfury, shadow ward, it says "spell is not ready yet" meanwhile i have cooldown 20 minutes already, i am forced to play whole arena without chaos bolt, which forces u to lose a game, i am not the one who has this troubles, please take a look on it.
