Technical WOTLK Patching Error

Whenever i start the patcher, it gives me this error:
" The installer does not need to be applied. It requires a version of "WoW.exe" older than 5.0.0.0, but you already have version 6.2.4.21742."
Whenever I start the client the game tells me it is downloading an update, and it stays at 0%. Then, an error message pops up and says " Patch Required, press the restart button below to exit world of warcraft and download the patch." after i click the restart button, it takes me back to the login screen of the client and a message pops up and says "Failed to apply patch. please try again later. if this problem persists you may need to reinstall or contact technical support.

you need to log-in by using your warmane account name, not email addres.
Be sure your client is still 3.3.5 otherwise you need to download it again
