Some one hacked my account and advertised and I banned. Since 5 year I never used hack or kinda thing. And why I got security mail when I trying to enter my account but some one can enter my account from china?? I don't want my items or golds idk they gone or not only I want my characters back, I hope this issule can help improve your security. How they can hack me still I cant believe I got norton360 never get any program from wow players unbelievable.
This case has been reviewed. This account was found to be advertising malicious software / Gold Sales via in-game Chat channels.

This is most likely the result of the account being 'compromised' due to visiting such websites in an attempt to purchase Gold / obtain illegal software.

We will not be lifting the ban placed on this account - users are responsible for all activity that takes place on their accounts.

molten wow hacked 3 time and every time I start the game again and again now I hacked and warmane banned me and giving no chance to me I give molten 3 chance. now I fell I wasted my past 5 year playing clean.
you sir know this hacking things better than me u cant check and control everything all the time.

Well u propably did buy gold, its common practice for them to steal your account. And as u said u had no viruses on your computer so, yeah, you did buy gold mate.

the only way for you to get "hacked" is by either A. giving someone your account info and they steal your ****. orB. downloading **** from stupid sites and getting a keylogger or something or buying gold.

You are not alone . Its incredible how Molten can be so ignorant to such things. Even on retail you can get back your account in this kind of situations, and we all know how ignorant can be the persons that works for Bllizard. In here though they dont even try to hear your story, trying to hang on some rules, all in all NOT TO HELP, and get rid of you fast as possible, covering themselves in some ridiculous TOS or AIP. I have a friend who got his 2 accounts hacked, with 2 step authentication activated, he fought to get everything back ( he is our GM and we had the guild vault compromised) , and Molten's answer was " It is not in the interest of our community to unban your account" ( reason behind the ban was also spamming on server all kind of ****ty links). So we end up ...like 90 persons with our vault disappeared, GM not getting access to his accounts - where we had alot of gold/ and items to sustain our raids, cause is not in the interest of community.
Above all is incredible the aggression that they use to push you back when you try to find evidence or telling them the truth. One owrd of advise....keep trying . If you find a person who's willing to help he will help you, cause they can help you. You only have to fight against their post puberty rage of not being "someone" in real life, and they found in here the chance to get their "pride" to look in the mirror and tell themselvs that they can take "important" decisions.
( and who think the accounts in here are secure they are SO WRONG...nothing is secure on this server - history of this server proves this)

I've also heard on Icecrown in Dalaran, 30-40 chars are spaming some site at the same time. how is that possible really? Whats goin on.
