Torrent files

I've joined today and wanted to download the game. I had no trouble downloading the torrent files except they have nothing in them, there isn't any files being shown and it's not downloading anything.

Am I a numpty and missing something or is this common?

I'm using uTorrent. I also have the retail WOW installed can I modify that?

ignore the WoW retail, that is to play on Retail only.
About Torrent instead, if you have problem with torrent you might download those client even via direct download http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=280398
