WoW Game Freeze after killing boss

I have killed the first boss in Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom raid. The first boss enlarged and as soon as I bursted him, my WoW crashed.

It kept on doing so for my 2 chars. I went unstuck on the site but I still had that WoW freeze. So, now, my 2 chars are frozen in time.

Has anyone encountered something like this?

Solved the problem. After 3 unstucks failed, I deleted cache and WTF folders. Seems that something was bugging my 2 specific chars. But the problem started when boss enlarged. So, if anyone has a similar problem, just delete those folders.
