Hello, I attempted to purchase the 118 coin pack for 100 euros which charged me $113.79 USD but the transaction claimed it did not go through on Warmane. The second attempt I created a Paymentwall account and tried it again due to the website sending me an email claiming I wouldn't be charged and to retry the transaction and it worked. I feel the reason the first time didn't work is because my bank locked my card saying they have detected "suspicious activity" due to a transaction outside the 50 states but I then verified that it was me who did this then my card was usable again, that's when Warmane read that the transaction did not go through. As I said, the second attempt was successful and I received my coins but was charged twice for a 1 time purchase. Paymentwall only reads that I made 1 purchase due to the fact that I made an account with them after I tried the second time but my bank statement reads that I was charged twice and my money has been deducted. I have tried sending screenshots with the "Missing Coins?" feature but it did not work. I want to know if I could get a refund or provide the proof that I made 2 purchases and only received the coins once.
