Hc Dungeons and needing

I was curios I notice a lot of people these days click need on an item in a dungeon claiming its for enchanting/achievement is the bannable or not im looking to report anyone im curious coz honestly I would love to need some stuff too for my enchanting I always click on ds but notice a lot of peeps don't. So may I do this or rather not?

If you want to use something for disenchanting, feel free to click on disenchant button in that system if you wish.

Now, regards Need or Greed system when someone took an item from me with need which i needed, but he couldn't even wield, Blizz support answered that "they had such an option. its not nice of them, but they are free to do so."

yes I understand the whole disenchant thing what im referring to is people still need it even when de option aint available they claim yes I need it for de on my other char is that allowed or some people just do it anyway so the know they will get it

it's ninjaing, but they dont bother with bans unless its a raid so in fos/pos/rhc...just need like everyone else and hope for the best that you get it(and be kind enough to trade if someone actually needs it to upgrade his gear and you dont nééd it)
