Serious Questions About Character Trade

Hello, I have questions about the character market here on Warmane, please no trolls.

1) There seems to be 100's of listings and in-game I've seen maybe 1-2 people broadcasting that they need characters. Do people actually buy/sell characters enough for there to be a consistent consumer base? How long do characters sit on the Warmane store before someone buys them?

2) A fresh 80 is listed for 80 coins; a level 11 is listed for 10 coins. 1 coin/1 Euro/1.14 USD... so people are willing to buy fresh 80's for $80+ dollars and a level 11 for $10?? What other method is there of obtaining coins rather than donating? I know there is a coin gifting function, so I guess people can get 300+ coins (which is around the price of decently geared 80's that are for sell) but that's $300!!

3) Is it a good idea to start "farming" characters and sell tons of them on the store?

I ask because I am interested in alternative methods of getting coins to buy unobtainable mounts/companions in-game. Thanks all.

People feel the prices are too high. But people would pay extra coins for a fresh 80 with max professions. Or so I heard.

I feel like there is an underground market for this, since I find it hard to believe that people are actually paying £300 for shadowmourne.

I recently bought a toon for 420 coins. I just finished university and will no longer have time to raid. It was the one class I've never played and came with full gear for pve and pvp as well has over 6k achieve points almost all pve titles, enough mounts to start farm and full professions. It was the best toon available on the realm for the price. I'm planning to buy 2 more if the right combinations come up. My limit is 450 coins. I also have 5 toons I'm trying to sell, but the minimum price on each of them is almost 1k with inventory. I'm resigned to the fact that nobody will buy them.

Is it possible for Warmane to publicly post all trades/sells/buys?

Don't need the character names/accounts involved, just number of coins exchanged, character exchanged (with armory), and any additional information listed under that character. Keep a public log.

Agreed with the suggestion above, so we would see if there is an actual use of putting the chars there.
