WotLK Both WoTLK Servers down?

Hello. My friend is trying to log in, yet it doesn't let him do it. I already checked and it isn't his account because I could log in in his, but he just can't log in. Any clue on what happened?

They usually say ingame how much time it will be down, so maybe someone caught it?
And it's a restart, i got ingame and "15 seconds until Restart" popped up :)

i cant login either, its just like when a dc happened, only its lasting over 2 hours alrdy

Was there any warning in game about the downtime of the realms? tried to log in for the first time today and both are off I made coffee and toast ate said toast and its still not back up and nothing on the site? are the servers ok hun?

@Khazer The missing NPC's in Argent Tournament aren't missing, they said that according to GM's decisions these NPCs actually were added on patch 3.2 the actual release of ToC raid so they decided to remove it. Because apparently they were doing some very harmful things. So let's just remove stuff that gives additional seals of champions and leave only 3 quest givers with 3 seals of champions per day. Why you ask? Well because **** you we have the power here.

Anyone knows why all these server restarts are for in the last days? I mean, it gets pretty annoying if u can't play 3 days in a row at the exact time. For the first day the rdf was scheduled, but what about after?
Anything would be appreciated, thanks
