Pandaria pvp vendor missing far too often

idk if this is a bug or what what the alliance pvp vendor seems to be missing for long hours every 2-3 days
wth is this? it it bugged? is horde killing it? is it allowed to kill the other factions pvp vendor?

ally is without pvp vendor for hours...some horde bugged it inside the wall and now theyre keeping it there with their ally alts, just do something already..

i think vendor are bugged now cuz some ppl can see them now but some dont
i tried to help some guy who couldnt see him, then relogged to test something then suddenly i couldnt see them anymore either

then after a few minutes my wow crashed and now i cant play that character at all,everytime i log in that char the game crashes immediately with the following error:

pvp vendors on ally side are still missing, did the servers become pve only? i havent seen any notifications about this on the main site

although i find it amusing how a private server of this caliber can not adress such a major problem in 2 days time
and im not even talking about hotfixes here,there arent any forum replies or notifications on the site about this either..
