Expansion and server advice

Hello,

I'm coming back to wow and warmane seem to me as a best possibility. I wanted to find out which expansion should I start to play here. From what I read here on forum, I found out that Mop(Frostwolf) is not in a good state right now. What do you think guys, will it get better? If not then I would like to join some Wotlk server. Which one is better? Lord or Icecrown? I'm a player that like to do both PVE and PVP. Also, which one has better community?

As i know of Wotlk servers, than Lord is well for those who like **** harder and for longer game time and end-game. Community seems nice on Lord, as of Icecrown, **** ton of Smourne warriors/palas, everyone almost BiS, raiding on Icecrown is not on highest level, PvP is better there i guess than on Lord. But im almost 100% PvP'er, but chose Lord, cuz of the longer lasting game experience i guess and **** is not so easy to earn u have to earn everything. Some people maybe will not agree on my opinion, so lets leave it only as my opinion about both of Wotlk servers.

If you enjoy levelling and more structured progression go Lord, If you just want to go and experience wrath quickly go Icecrown
