Interruptbar working 2/5

Hey guys, i dont know why but my interrruptbar is kinda fck up, he is only working 2 times out of 5
Anyone had the same issue and solved it ? Or anyone that know how to solve the problem?

I guess becuase of the combat log bug, you need to use an addon, if you type "wow combat log cleaner" on google you should find some kind of addons or script command
