Stuck

Hello, I was on a boat and I realised it was taking me in the wrong direction so I used portal, I opened the portal and clicked on it but instead of it teleporting me I fell through the map and died, I respawned and I was in between the world and I could see my body but I couldn't move and I tried to teleport back to the graveyard but it said can't do that while moving, so I went onto the war mane website and did unstuck now I'm in the world alive looking at the gate in hellfire peninsula but the map says I'm at stormspire, I can cast spells but can't move and when I go to mount or portal it still thinks I'm moving, I can see the text from the npcs at stormspire but can't see them, and also I joined a dungeon and it did nothing just made me stuck in the map again and couldn't see anything or do anything, also I can't see my character or some reason so I don't know
