Thunderfury bug

Hey to the GM´s,
So i did farm all items for the Thunderfury quest. I gone to silithus with my guild and we did summon thet boss.. Everything was good then we killed him.It turned out i cant loot him no one could so he despawned without me getting the quest item he dropped. I hope all the work i put in there isnt just gone like wihtout my reward my thunderfury I did eveyrthing. The item he dropped was the last item for Thunderfury it would have completed it. But it wasnt lootable.
So pls help me i dont want to see me getting nothing after all this work due to a bug.

very low chance any GM will help you with a drop not lootable unless you know any of them irl and weird thing is you waited a day and now got the tme to post this thread...........>.>

It would be a impudence if they wouldnt help me getting my sword. Idont just play this server and put hard work into something that i dont get while its not my fault!

I'm also collecting parts to create Thunderfury, all i'm missing are the two bindings. Good thing i didn't get them yet seeing how you can't complete the quest and loot the mob. When you provide all the items for the quest giver and he spawns the boss, does the quest disappear if u try to retake it and you have to collect all the items again or does he just spawn the boss again? Also i hope your problem gets resolved. :)

I had all the items for it and gone to the guy in Silithus to complete the quest. He took all my items completed the quest and let the boss spawn. So i lost all my items. Well i can melt elementium ore now but thats it. It is just so sad that the item wasnt lootable. I pressed on the item and then the window popped up at the top saying that the item will soulbound when i pick it up, i pressed ok and the item didnt go to my inventory which wasnt full.Then he despawned.

So it's impossible for you to summon him again or does the NPC just give a new Vesel of Rebirth or whatever that quest item is called?
