Recently bought a Shaman on the new Warmane Character Trade System and the character had it's inventory included (even though the previous owner made sure he'd delete all of the items on the character , including the totem relic)

Apparently he did all the quest chains for the totems (I checked that before, obviously) and the character is only really missing the relic that he deleted.

This way I'm not able to cast totems neither totem spells as obvious as it may seem and I'm really looking foward into any help that can be given.

Note 1: I know I can buy relics that act as totems, but most of them are priced really high in the AH and players only list them from time to time.
Note 2: Tried talking to the NPC that supposedly gives you back the totems when you lose them, but the NPC doesn't even interact with the player - NPC 'Gotura Fourwinds'.
