Hello, I've been a few months without playing and now when I connected the characters dosent exist. lvl 80 warrior full geared named Aznar (icc / rs 25 hc buyed with coins ... dont remember but maybe 280-300 coins spended) and proffesions BS/JC 450/450 skill, priest lvl 80 with like 180 k gold and enchanter 450 and bs 450. lvl 80 holy pala some geared.All the characters in Ragnaros, i dont care my lost characters in Deathwing .Now i loged in "Icecrown" and only see three characters lvl 1-6 and 3 Coins ... is fun.

Check your account panel on the website. toons that have been inactive for some time need to be manually started to be moved to the new realm. also, if u had more than 10 toons across both servers, some of them have been "frozen" in a website feature while you have 10 active toons on the new server.

thanks, my characters are merged but my pala and hunter have to be "frozen" cause i have more than 10 characters. ¿How I can get frozen characters? i deleted the low lvl characters so now i can have more.
