Character Stuck

Hello sry for my english first... We entered RFD as group from the dungeon finder then we fall udnerground and i stucked there, i already used the unstuck option from the website + a warlock tryed to summon me but nothing helps -.-
Realm: Frostwofl, Charcater: Hauncey
If someone know way to solve this explain it pls

It's weird that the unstuck option didn't help. Log out and try again. If you fell from the map, you should die sooner or later and you should be able to release your body using the command /script RepopMe();

Or you could send a ticket to a GM and ask him to teleport you back outside.

i did all... i recieve message, you cant cast while moving but it seems i dont fell from the map. Im stucked at this spot from like 1 hour, a warlock also summoned me in SW and he told me he see me stucked in the floor
