Unable to access account due to Authenticator

Hello All,

I'm trying to return to the good ol days of Warmane but I can't access my account. I previously placed an Authenticator on the account, but I no longer own or have access to the device in which I had the authenticator on, as well I did a factory reset on the device. How do I go about removing the Authenticator so I can access my account?

Make sure you're completely logged out before trying to access it, as that was my issue before. Every time I went here it wanted me to put the authnticator code in.
