Character Trade

What happens when you sell a character with only the equipment? Do you retain a "shadow" toon that has the inventory? What about the character name if that's the case?

other items (mean bank items+inventory) completely delete.but other properties will transfer.
its name will be same and its not change.means buyer will have character's name.
