very often so often that it is almost the norm the ones that begin brining up IQ do belive they have high IQ and normally the ones belivig thye have high IQ have well below the normal
it has been done many reaches about this and the ones that are smart usally dont think thay are because they know that there is still so much they dont know and that there is other that know more than them. that are smarter so they dont see themself as smart even if they are. they tend to under estimate themsself
While those with low IQ dont realise they are pretty stupid, they are tu bumb to realise theiy are dumb so to say. so they belive they are smart with high IQ. dumb people tend to over estimate themself.

But usally those who belive they have high or above average IQ have well below average, it has been made more than one study about. pretty interesting reading.
I am pretty much the village fool where i live so i have no high hopes for my IQ
