ban appeals are the lowest from the lowest priority among tickets. You probably have to wait for a while ;)

I see your previous thread is about a ban. Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and can take a few days to be checked.
About the ban reason - "Casino":

"Casinos": Creating ingame casinos to let people roll for gold or other ingame good is forbidden. Those games end up most of the time as scams and are therefor forbidden.
