a friend of mine said that some raids back in cata got released , well that make me anxious when will that happen on mop . will it maybe after the full release of SOO ?

They changed back to the old core which has lots of old content open like BT, Sunwell and Tempest Keep. This ****ed up some cataclysm content, the main raid is buggy as crap now and some cata dungeons are also a bit bugged all thanks to this update, hell, even the ores weren't working for quite some time.
