I have never owned a playstation or xbox. (I did borrow a PSX for a few months and played things like Tekken and Crash Bandicoot (some of my all-time favorite games ever))

my ear got too big on its own and my 0G kept falling out, so I was able to get my 00G through without issues.. I didn't want to go up yet but my ear thought it was time. Welp now there is a 1cm hole in my ear.

One thing is for sure: the repeated button mashing while you use over and over again the single effective combo out of everything you have access to. Or maybe they inovate and you need to button mash to run this time around?

Literally doesn't even resemble tomb raider in any shape or form. It's plain and simple an introduction sequence for his son, which was actually well done. I'm also not sure what kind of depth you expect from an action adventure game, those games have been about dodging + spell use + combos since the dawn of time. Atleast they managed to get the atmosphere on point, unlike tomb raider which was hilarious at some points. " oh no.... I killed a deer * sob sob*" let me go out to the camp and slaughter 50 man.
The only game it actually resembled to was the last of us (the punch scene and the child). Which I can't even really complain about, considering it was an amazing game.

That's a reaction to a video and not an argument. I expected someone with 1k games to have more knowledge about the material, all you managed to bring to the table so far is a far fetched comparsion. I might be a fan of the franchise, but I'm still very criticlal with it too. The franchise needed a reboot of some sort, Ascension already had bad taste of repetition to it. What's shown so far is exactly what the franchise needed, so you could start trying to properly articulate an argument which is actually objective instead of spilling nonsense.

4489 actually (if we're talking just Steam), which includes the two Tomb Raider reboots. For the series in question I have God of War Saga and Ascension on the PS3 (although I played the series back on the PS2). Maybe you didn't play the Tomb Raider reboots to not see how this teaser (fantasy and muscles aside) is alike to it in locations, visuals and other factors. I can already foresee gathering materials to craft weapons. Whether the series needed a re-Lara-boot or not is beyond the point. The game "felt" like Tomb Raider on the game play preview, just like Tomb Raider "feels" like the later, better Uncharted games.
