hi need help im buged

hay there my friend i dont know how to say it but im buged i used fly then i died and went to a white place i used unstack it says on map that im is the starting zone of blood elfs but what im seeing is that im in out land and no matter what i use stone or unstack im still buged and cant do anything i can not even see my charecter thanks for the help
