I am starting to think this boss is kept broken on purpos to keep players from obtaining the fastest mount for free, i dont see another reason for this small bug to stay so many months, there are 3 achievements linked with killing this boss and it is a great raid for twinks that is already all well scripted but last part of the last phase of the last boss that is buged, how hard can it be to fix such thing

It's not that they can't fix it, they just put it aside under the pile. Seems like they totally abandoned any work on tbc raids when they released naxx. Keal not working is bugging me aswell. Maybe one day mate. (unlikely)

The fight itself is a very tough one to script correctly. Many phases and mechanics need to be done right.

its working fine,its just that all the weapon bosses are invisible and not targetable.Also if you still manage to kill em like we did (by letting pets find them and then we just aoe that area),they just reset at the kaelthas phase.So...yeah,its intentionally disabled so people can't get phoenix for free.
