Personally, if you want to boost your popularity in a good efficient way I would start by writing a guide (general or class guide) that is in great demand by players. Chit-chatting or giving support to users will also help you towards your goal but that is what most people do.

Appreciate the reply Zelta, not my type of thing ;) I just want to become part of the staff on this server, haven't ever experienced being staff in this game but I'm familiar with the jobs, would be a great experience and would open a new window for me in this game. Hopefully I'll achieve it one day on here and work alongside you and the other great staff members.
