WOTLK Fire Mage question

Yop all,

I'm new on WOTLK server's ( Lordaeron) and i don't see any Fire Mage on this server, only Arcane Mage and few Frost mage.
Does the Fire spec is broken/Bugg on the WOTLK version ?

fire just sucks big ****ing dick at low gear (low crit/low haste)
