WotLK kindness quest bugged?

is the kindness quest(the starting quest for the netherwing rep) bugged? when i place the carcass on the ground, the drake doesnt seem to notice them so i thought it might be bugged, but when i asked people in global, they told me the quest is working fine. any help pls?

Im in Ragnaros and looks like its bug since this week, drakes supose to be on the floor, now they are flying around ignoring everything.
I did it last week and was normal.
