WotLK No feed pet spell

Hey, I'm a Night Elf hunter on the Icecrown server.
I haven't played in like 2 months and now after the merge between the servers, I no longer have the feed pet spell and can't feed my pets.. Has it happened to anyone else and does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

yes, can't find it anywhere, no trainers or anything.

I believe you get a quest from the hunter trainer in your level 6-12ish area that leads you to another npc who'll teach you feed pet. (You can also get the glyph of mend pet to make feed pet obsolete.
