Hello, I have a friend who want to start playing on this realm, and I would like to know if I can help him level up, I've heard that I can't help him as max level...
Any one know if I'm able? And if not why?

You can help him out as long as you don't help him mob tag kill a skull-leveled mob. It's due to the bugged XP formula that will earn such kill a hefty amount of xp normally unobtainable in retail

As Handepsilon said, you can help him quest, do dungeons of his level, but you arent allowed to, for example, bring him to icecrown and kill mobs for him while he is lvl 30.

Best legal method : Get him in party and help him faceroll all the quests !!!

If you got a 2 seater mount, it will be heaven for his levelling till 40
