Cant log in Frostwolf

Hello i just downloaded the MoP client and after i open it and type in my nick and pass i get prompted to chose a realm and only frostwolf shows up. After i try to enter it it just stays on "loging into game server" for a minute and returns me to the realm list. How can i fix this ?
Also i havent loged in to this account for 375 days.

frostwolf is showed as offline on the realm screen?

I still cant login into frostwolf and it shows me 2.7K online. What gives ?

I got the same problem! This is also the first time im trying this new private server.
