just wanted to know is hit cap working correctly on realm ? i'm asking cause just missed mortal strike on rdru when he was in tauren form.

edit forgot to mention i had 5.12% hit

and what does form have to do with you missing.... If you have 5% hit and are the same lvl you wont miss.

even when hit cap their is always still a 1% chance to miss... or so i've been told...

Since ist PvP could it be that the rdudu had insect swarm on u ( reduces hit by 3% when skilled )

ok things are clear now, mortal strike missing vs any classes with 5.12% hit rate, i have even screens with recount fixed just don't wanna bother.
