Disconnection Issues

I've been having an issue recently where I can play for 5-10 minutes before either I get disconnected and cant log back on for awhile or npc and mobs stop showing and none of my spells work.

I'm still connected to the internet, webpages still work and I usually have around 133 ping in game with no spikes either. This started recently, yesterday infact and has happened multiple times.

i also disconnected like every 10 min or 15 min i got dc i did try everything even i reset my modem and reinstall windows but didnt work
