and I do not understand I how i get to 500 + ilvl Everyone always Looking for people 500+
I do not know how I get that the raid FINDER always empty
People always take me out when they see that 472

You need to farm Justice Points in order to buy 489 (i believe that's the correct ilvl) from the Justice Vendor in townlong Stepps, one way to farm justice points is to queue RDF, another way is to farm Honor Points through Battlegrounds and then convert the honor to Justice Points and voila!

The conversion was disabled due to exlpoits and this is a bad way to get gear. With honor you can buy 522 ilvl gear so why would you convert 500 honor to get 250 justice points and buy 489 ilvl gear. Its not efficient and you get worse gear. With honor gear you should be fine doing all the content.

I don't like PVP and BG, so how do I get normal gear without those?

Do daily quests to buy crafted gear, do dungeons to get justice points and buy 489 ilvl gear, use raid finder and pray the group is not completly useless. Join some guild that dosen't mind carrying you in raids.

Honor to jp conversion did work for some time but after the last update they disabled everything.

you can go to timeless isle and loot from chests/mobs tokens with 496ilvl items and when you get item called:Burden of Eternity use it on 1 of this tokens and you get 535ilvl item
