Bring back offset / certain gear to be purchased for honor - If you have the rating requirment. (like it was before #arenatournament")

Some of the changes lately has been questionable, and Ive seen tons of post on the forum about this.
Maybe its time to listen to the forums where a lot of good suggestions come up.

But I however stand behind the remaking of the server (for better and worse)
I was a vip and lost that, but I dont mind as I know this remaking COULD benefit the server.
But then the server needs to show the community that they are taking feedback from us aswell.

Dont care if you do this via Forum/toptier players or how its done.
