I leveled 5 Shamans to 90 to find out i cant follow anymore in BG's under the normal conditions, there are addons that allow you to follow though, even in 5.4.8 MoP, so my question is if i use that addon, will i get banned?, if someone else has a solution to the problem then please help, seriously would me really nice.
The Addon is Called oFollow, again if someone else has a solution to the problem following in bgs, please say so and will i get banned if i do follow team members in bgs?, my team.

What about EWT? is it allowed?
For those whom don't know about EWT, it's a 3rd party software that has fly hacks and whatnot but there's an option to follow in battlegrounds, yes, it literally enables follow in battlegrounds. (My question is, are we allowed to use EWT? does anyone know? of course without the other cheats, merely the follow option)
Edit : No, I don't use it, I've used it on Blizzard's PTR for follow and it works perfectly, I don't plan on using it here until I get confirmation from the staff.

Exactly, technically, if we're only to use it for the sole purpose of FOLLOW and ONLY FOLLOW, then we're not causing any harm are we now? :) Btw, the follow option is listed under "Passive" list in the program, that's why I'm asking about this.
