WotLK Warmane randomly chat-blocks me

I could literally be doing nothing, jumping in place, fighting mobs (just as an example, I'm just not talking in general,) and I'd randomly get "You cannot talk for 58 seconds."

I'd understand if I was chat spamming but some cases; I'd send ONE message, and get chat banned. I sent a message to my team during a FoS group saying "Is everyone here?" and got chat blocked, they asked me to open a ritual of summoning but I ran out of Soul Shards. I couldn't tell them and they just got really annoyed because the chat ban happened back to back.

Tl;dr: Why. I did nothing, and I constantly get told "NOPE SHUT UP" by Warmane... I just want an answer. ._.

Some addon might be spamming in a channel that you can not see.

Just checked, I'm only in Global, and the generic ones (Local Defense, General, etc) and I never see my addons spamming it. My friends said it happens to them too which is weird. :/

Edit: Lol I lied Carbonite was making chats for some reason, lets see if that was the issue.
