Updating Frostwolf

I used to play on Frostwolf when it was 5.4.2., and I decided that I wanted to play again. I logged on but found that the server was offline, most likely because it is now 5.4.8. Is there a way to update to that from the game I already have, or do I have to redownload the game again?

search the forum, there is a thread with a link where you can download like 10 MB to update
