Bugged stats?

Hi,

so my damage is really low. My GS is 3905 and I hit lvl 66 mob 100 damage.

I tried restarting game, changing specs and gear, still same. I dunno what else I can do.

Can anyone help me?

Your gear seem to be broken go visit a vendor and repair.

just repair anyways. possible visual bug with the durability

And I switched gears, so its impossible to have both, my dps and my heal gear, broken.
