Can't use points at the store?

So I am relatively new here and have not found a "Panel" / "Guide" or something down those line to -How the Store here works-

Now I have already donated and gotten myself some in-game items (Like a Mount) from the Coins you get from donating. Yet I decided to see what I could use these daily collected points on - and that's where I got cut shirt.

I entered the store, selected my realm (LORDAERON) Selected my level 80 character and then at the drop-down where I can choose between "Coins" and "Points" I selected Points and I got this message: "An invalid request has been made. #2"

So what does that mean? Is the points option for the store currently disabled? Can't you use "Points" in the store? And if not: what and where do I spend my daily collected points at/ on?

Lordaeron does not have a Point shop, that is why. So you are basically collecting points in case you will need when playing on other Warmane realms

Ahh, okay. I don't have any characters on other server so I never got to "check" that out in the store. But thanks for informing me!
