1. Does anyone actually look at website tickets?

    As the title says, does anyone staff wise look at website tickets? Generally tickets rarely go unanswered for a full day.

  2. Obviously they are. Can't handle a little wait?

  3. There are people replying to tickets on a daily basis. However, depending on the volume, they might take more than a few hours to be answered.
